Terms & Conditons of Hire:

Deposit

• A booking deposit of $100.00 is required to secure dates.

Final Payment

• Balance of hire must be received  14 days prior to pick up.

Cancellation terms and charges

• Bookings cancelled outside 28 days – $25 Fee applies
• Bookings cancelled within 28 days – $100 Fee applies

 Security Deposits and Photo I.D. required on pick up of Camper Trailer

• An acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be produced .
• *Security Deposit of $500.00 Cash/Eft or Credit Card is to be held until full Inspection is done on return of the Camper Trailer, this is required at time of pick up and may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): breakages incurred during your hire period. Cleaning charges (if not cleaned inside & outside the minimum charge is from $100.00)

*Refund of Security Deposit may be refunded within three (3) working days thereafter upon finding no damage or loss of equipment.

 Insurance:

• an excess of $1000 for each and every claim for any damage or theft during hire period.
